يتناول البحث موضوع حقوق المريض على الطبيب من وجهة نظر الممارسة الطبية العملية ويركز على نقطتين رئيسيتين: عقد العلاج وحق المريض في اختيار الطبيب المعالج؛ و حق المريض في التبصر بحالته.

The article discusses the rights of the patient in relation to the physician from the practical medical perspective. It focuses on two main points: the medical contract and the patient’s right to choose his physician; and the patient’s right to informed consent.
