أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عما إذا كان الكفيل ملزم بمصاريف تجهيز الزوجة المكفولة المتوفاة. أجاب الشيخ أن الكفيل غير ملزم بهذه المصاريف.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about whether the sponsor is obliged to bear the funeral expenses of the sponsored deceased wife. The Sheikh replied that the sponsor is not obliged to bear these expenses.
