Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن ورثة قاموا بتكفين الميت وإقامة مأتم بتبذير، فسئل عما إذا تلزم التركة بجميع ذلك. أجاب الشيخ أن التركة تلزم بالمصاريف بلا تبذير وليس بالمصاريف الزيادة إلا بإذن الورثة.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about heirs who coffined the deceased and established a funeral with excessive costs, thus the question was whether these expenses are deducted from the inheritance. The Sheikh replied that only expenses which are not excessive are deducted from the inheritance, not excessive costs, uncles approved by the heirs.
