Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن المفروض شرعا في مصاريف الكفن والدواء للزوجة. أجاب الشيخ بأن الزوج ملزم بتجهيز الزوجة بعد وفاتها حتى دفنها، ولكن المرأة ملزمة بمصاريف علاجها.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about what is legally compulsory in relation to the expenses of the wife’s coffin and medicine. The Sheikh replied that the husband is obliged to bear the expenses of his wife after her death until burial; however the woman is obliged to bear her medical expenses.
