Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن إقرار المراهق البالغ من العمر أربعة عشرة عاما بإبنه. أجاب الشيخ بأنه يثبت نسب ولد المراهق منه إلا إذا لم يكن بأن جاءت به لأقل من ستة أشهر.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about the acknowledgement of paternity to a child by an adolescent, who was fourteen years of age. The Sheikh replied that the paternity of the child is proved to be that of the adolescent, except in the case where the child was born in less than sixth months.
