Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى من قبل الشيخ عبد الرحمن قراعة ردا على سؤال حول مسئولية الزوج عن أجرة طبيب النساء والولادة وأدوية زوجته الحامل وكذلك تكاليف الولادة. وفي هذا الموضوع إختلاف حيث أن هناك رأي بأن الزوج غير ملزم بهذه الأجرة ورأي أخر بإلزام الزوج.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued by Sheikh Abd al-Rahman Qurra’ah in response to a question about whether the husband is obliged to pay the obstetrician’s wages and pay for his wife’s medication during pregnancy and labor. There is disagreement around this topic as there is one opinion which argues that the husband is not obliged to pay for these expenses and another opinion which argues that the husband is obliged to do so.
