يتكون هذا الكتاب من أربعة فصول. الفصل الأول يتناول آراء القائلين بجواز نقل وزراعة الأعضاء البشرية من إنسان حي إلى أخر والمبررات والشروط المتعلقة بذلك. الفصل الثاني يحتوي على رأي القائلين بعدم جواز نقل وزراعة الأعضاء البشرية والردود عليها. الفصل الثالث يناقش مشروعية نقل وزراعة الأعضاء من جثة المتوفيين لإنسان حي، بالإضافة إلى أراء القائلين بعدم جوازه والردود عليه. الفصل الرابع يتناول رأي القانون المصري في نقل وزراعة الأعضاء.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of four chapters. The first chapter deals with the opinions of those in agreement with transferring and transplanting human organs from one living person to another, and the justifications and conditions related to that. The second chapter contains the opinions of those in disagreement with transferring and transplanting human organs and the arguments in response to these opinions. The third chapter discusses the legitimacy of transferring and transplanting organs from cadavers to living people, in addition to the opinions of those in disagreement with this, and the responses to them. The fourth chapter deals with the opinion of Egyptian law on transferring and transplanting organs.
