Abstract
يحتوي هذا الكتاب على خمسة فصول. الفصل الأول يتحدث عن حقوق الطفل العامة وحق التعليم في ظل الدستور الكويتي. الفصل الثاني يناقش حقوق الطفل في القوانين الإجتماعية مثل قانون الحضانة العائلية وقانون العمل وقانون المساعدات العامة. الفصل الثالث يتناول موضوع حماية الطفل في قانون الجزاء الكويتي وحمايتهم من الإعتداء عليم مثل الإجهاض والخطف والإغتصاب وهتك العرض وتحريض الأطفال على الدعارة. الفصل الرابع يناقش حقوق الطفل في قانون الأحوال الشخصية بالإضافة إلى الإسلام وحقوق الطفل في الرضاعة والحضانة والنفقة. الفصل الخامس يناقش مدى تطابق الضمانات القانونية للطفل 1959في الكويت مع الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الطفل لعام .
Abstract Translated
This book contains five chapters. The first chapter talks about general children’s rights and their right to education in light of the Kuwaiti constitution. The second chapter discusses children’s rights in social laws such as family custody law, labor law, and the Public Assistance Act. The third chapter deals with the subject of child protection in the Kuwaiti Penal Code and protecting them from assault, such as abortion, kidnapping, indecent assault and incitement of child prostitution. The fourth chapter discusses children’s rights in personal status law, in addition to Islam and children’s rights and children’s rights to breast feeding, custody and expenditure. The fifth chapter discusses the extent to which the legal safeguards for protecting the child in Kuwait is compatible with the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child of 1959.
