This book discusses the subject of environmental pollution and its implications. It divides into four chapters. The first chapter defines the environment, and discusses the types of pollution and the constitutional basis for protecting the environment. The second chapter deals with environmental crimes and polluting water, sea and soil in Arab and non-Arab legislations. In the third chapter, the author deals with the legislative sources for protecting the environment in Kuwait. The fourth chapter deals with the victims of environmental crimes, and the pollution of air, water, soil and noise pollution.
