يتكون هذا الكتاب من فصلين. الفصل الأول يتناول المفهوم القانوني للبيئة وتلوثها وأهمية المفهوم. يناقش أيضا بداية الإهتمام بالتلوث وعالمية التلوث. الفصل الثاني يتناول الأساس الدستوري لحماية البيئة الكويتية من التلوث. يناقش الضرورة الإجتماعية للأساس الدستوري لحماية البيئة، إضافة إلى مناقشة الرابطة بين حماية البيئة بالحق في الرعاية الصحية. يتناول أيضا النصوص الدستورية الخاصة بإبرام المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحماية البيئة.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the legal concept for the environment and its pollution and the importance of the concept. It also discusses the origins of interest in pollution and the internationalization of it. The second chapter deals with the constitutional foundation for protecting the environment in Kuwait from pollution. It discusses the societal necessity for a constitutional foundation for protecting the environment, in addition to discussing the link between protecting the environment with the right to health care. It also deals with the constitutional texts for concluding international conventions related to protecting the environment.
