يتكون هذا الكتاب من أربعة عشرة جزأ عن موضوع الإغتصاب والتحرش الجنسي من منظور قانوني. الجزء الأول والثاني يناقشان جريمة الإغتصاب وعقوبتها، بالإضافة إلى تطبيقات قضائية متعلقة بهذه الجريمة. يتناول الكتاب أيضا موضوع هتك العرض بالقوة أو التهديد وبغير قوة وتهديد وتطبيقاتها القانونية. الجزء السادس والسابع يناقشان جريمة تحريض المارة على الفسق. من الجرائم الأخرى المتناولة في هذا الكتاب، جريمة خطف الأطفال وجريمة التحرش بقول أو فعل والتشهير والتطبيقات المتعلقة بهم في القانون المصري.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of fourteen sections on the subject of rape and sexual harassment from a legal perspective. The first and second sections discuss the crime of rape and its punishment, in addition to the court applications related to this crime. The book then deals with the subject of sexual assault by force or by threat and vice versa and its legal applications. The sixth and seventh sections discuss the crime of inciting passers-by to unethical acts. Amongst other crimes dealt with in this book are the crimes of kidnapping children and the crimes of assaulting people by words or acts, defamation and the applications concerning these crimes in Egyptian law.
