يتكون هذا الكتاب من مبحثين. المبحث الأول يتناول معنى جريمة غش المستلزمات الطبية والألفاظ المتعلقة بها. يناقش هذا المبحث أيضا الرقابة على المستلزمات الطبية والخطأ في صناعة المستلزمات الطبية. المبحث الثاني يناقش العقوبات المقررة لجريمة غش المستلزمات الطبية. يتناول هذا المبحث أيضا العقوبة من منظور شرعي، بالإضافة إلى عقوبة الإعدام والغرامة المالية من منظور المذهب المالكي والشافعي والحنبلي والحنفي، وعقوبة غلق المصنع أو تشميع المحل.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of two sections. The first section deals with the definition of fraud in medical supplies and the terms related to it. It also discusses monitoring medical supplies and the errors in producing them. The second section discusses the punishments prescribed for the crime of fraud in medical supplies. It deals with punishment from a religious-legal perspective, in addition to capital punishment and monetary fines from the perspectives of the Maliki, Shaafi, Hanbali and Hanafi schools of thought, and the punishment of closing factories and sealing shops.
