This book discusses the topic of criminal responsibility of children in the Arab statuary laws and Islamic jurisprudence. It consists of five sections that discuss the following topics: the concept of children and allocating laws for children in Islamic jurisprudence and international law, the concept of criminal liability for children, its basis and development, the possibility of determining the child’s age and proving the children’s age, and the age of puberty in Islamic jurisprudence, the stage of excluding criminal responsibility and the basis and scope of excluding the child’s responsibility from a social, legal and Islamic jurisprudential perspective, the inadmissibility of suing a child in a criminal court, the stage of partial criminal liability for the child, and the complete criminal liability for the child from an Islamic jurisprudential and legal perspective.
