Abstract Translated
The book consists of 12 chapters under the following titles: the significance of pharmacy in Islam, the relationship between revelation and medicine, the ruling regarding medication, medication using religiously prohibited materials, what is the ruling regarding these drugs, the liabilities of the pharmacist and his responsibilities, some of the rulings related to patients, jurisprudential regulations for pharmaceutical experiments on live organisms, regulations for the pharmacist as an investor which is divided into religion and moral regulations and regulations from the jurisprudence of financial transactions and sales, the regulations of the pharmacist as an employee, jurisprudential regulations for the advertising and marketing business, and finally, different issues that concern the pharmacist in pharmacy and delegates of pharmaceutical companies.
