يتكون هذا الكتاب من ثلاثة فصول عن شروط الرضاع المحرم من منظور إسلامي شرعي وفقهي. الفصل الأول يتناول طبيعة المرضعة وشروطها التي تؤدي إلى التحريم. يناقش أيضا حالة المرضعة الزوجية وأثرها على الحرمة بالرضاع عند الفقهاء والمذاهب المختلفة. الفصل الثاني يناقش طبيعة لبن الرضاعة والشروط الواجب تححققها في اللبن لكي تؤدي الرضاعة إلى التحريم. ومن هذه الشروط مقدار اللبن وإذا خلط اللبن بسائل غيره. الفصل الثالث يناقش حالة الرضيع والشروط الواجب توافرها في الرضيع عند الفقهاء..
Abstract Translated
This book consists of three chapters on the conditions of breastfeeding that makes the child a 'mahram' or unmarriageable kin from an Islamic law and jurisprudence perspective. The first chapter deals with the nature of the breastfeeding woman and the conditions that lead to a forbiddance relationship. It also discusses the case of the married woman breastfeeding and the effect of breastfeeding on marital status from Islamic jurists’ and schools of law perspective. The second chapter discusses the nature of the milk and the terms needed to be fulfilled for the milk to result in a forbiddance relationship. From these terms are the amount of milk and whether the milk has been mixed with another liquid. The third chapter discusses the case of the infant and the conditions needed to be fulfilled in the child from the juristic perspective.
