Abstract Translated
This book discusses cloning, the history of its development, and the religious and ethical aspect of this technology. The book then divides into two sections. The first section discusses cloning and its relationship to artificial insemination, transferring and transplanting organs, genetic engineering, gene therapy and the position of Islamic jurisprudence and statutory law regarding these technologies. The second section researches the position of law and sharia towards therapy and cloning, and the implications of the technology of cloning.
