This book deals with the topic of womb leasing and its effects on lineage in Islamic jurisprudence. It consists of six chapters that discuss the following topics: the definition of the concept of womb leasing, the importance of uterus in Islam and the stages of fetal development inside the uterus, the jurisprudential characterization of womb leasing, the rulings for womb leasing, the importance of lineage in Islam and the paternity of the child born from womb leasing, and the implications of womb leasing.
