Abstract Translated
The book discusses the sharia-based rules pertaining to the transplantation of organs. It consists of five main chapters: transfer and transplantation of organs in the inherited jurisprudence; transfer and transplantation of organs in the modern period; our opinion on transfer and transplantation of organs especially the kidney; fatwas permitting the transfer of organs; and decisions of legal councils.
