Abstract Translated
The book discusses the sharia-based rules pertaining to abortion and artificial insemination with a special focus on the situation in Lebanon. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the terms and tools of the study, and four main chapters: rules pertaining to the fetus under Islamic jurisprudence; abortion and its rules; artificial insemination and its rules; and an overview of the Lebanese context.
