The book discusses medical liability for cosmetic surgery with a special focus on the Syrian law. It consists of six main chapters: cosmetic surgery and its development; responsibility of the cosmetic surgeon; the nature of liability in medical surgery; implications of liability; challenges to medical liability claims; and the attitude of Islamic sharia towards cosmetic surgery.
