يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة للمسئولية المدنية لطبيب التخدير مع التركيز على القانون الأردني ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول المسئولية الطبية وأساسها القانوني بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية: التعريف بطبيب التخدير وتحديد مهامه واختصاصاته؛ تكييف مسئولية طبيب التخدير المدنية؛ وأركان مسئولية طبيب التخدير المدنية وطرق إثباتها ونفيها.
Abstract Translated
The book comprises a comparative study of the civil liability of anesthetists with a special focus on the Jordanian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on medical liability and its legal foundation, and three main chapters: definition of the anesthetist and delineation of his responsibilities and specialties; characterization of the civil liability of the anesthetist; and pillars of the civil liability of the anesthetist and methods of its establishment and negation.
