The book comprises a comparative study of civil liability in the medical field between positive law and Islamic sharia, with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the nature of the medical work, and two main parts: the legal framework for medical liability; and methods of legal restitution for bodily harm.
