Abstract Translated
This book discusses sharia-based rulings concerning the abortion of defective fetuses. It consists of a preliminary chapter on, the reality of fetal deformation in Islamic jurisprudence and modern medicine, in addition to six main chapters: abortion and its types, causes, and means; ypes and developmental phases of the fetus; the ruling concerning abortion in Islamic jurisprudence and in medical practice; the causes, types, and ways of identifying disfigurement; the ruling concerning aborting defective fetuses in Islamic jurisprudence and in modern medicine; and the responisibility of the physician for mistakes in the diagnosis of fetal deformations and consequences of such mistakes.
