This book discusses the physician’s responsibility in the medical profession which includes malpractice leading to death and lesser offenses. It consists of a preliminary chapter on sharia objectives and medical ethics in adiition to two main chapters: the medical obligation to preserve life and sobriety; and the medical obligation to preserve lineage.
