يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة حول موضوع إجراء التجارب العلمية على الأجنة البشرية في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي ويتكون من مقدمة تمهيدية حول المصطلحات المستخدمة في الدراسة بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية تحت العناوين التالية: نطاق الحماية الشرعية والقانونية للجنين؛ نطاق المشروعية في إجراء التجارب العلمية على الأجنة؛ والموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد المترتبة على عملية إجراء التجارب العلمية على الأجنة.
Abstract Translated
This book comprises a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and positive law on the permissibility of conducting scientific experiments on human embryos. It consists of an introduction on the important expressions used in the study in addition to three main chapters: the legal and jurisprudential protection for embryos; the scope of permissibility for conducting scientific experiments on embryos; and balancing the benefits and harms of conducting scientific experiments on embryos.
