يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة حول موضوع الحماية القانونية للمستحضرات الصيدلانية ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول ماهية الدواء ووضع الصحة وصناعة المستحضرات الصيدلانية بمصر بالإضافة إلى بابين رئيسيين تحت العنوانين التاليين: الإطار القانوني لحماية المستحضرات الصيدلانية وفقا لإتفاقية تريبس والقانون المصري والمقارن؛ والإطار القانوني لتوفير المستحضرات الصيدلانية في إطار منظمة التجارة العالمية: المتاح والمأمول.
Abstract Translated
The book comprises a comparative study on the legal protection for pharmaceutical preparations. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the nature of medicine and the status of the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt, and two main chapters: the legal framework for the protection of pharmaceutical preparations according to the TRIPS agreement as well as the Egyptian and comparative law; and the legal framework for the supply of pharmaceutical drugs through the World Trade Organization: what is available and what is hoped for.
