يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة حول مشكلات المسئولية المدنية الناجمة عن إجراء عمليات الاستنساخ على البشرفي الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول علوم الاستنساخ البشري وعلاقتها بالقانون بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة أبواب تحت العناوين التالية: مشكلات المسئولية المدنية الناجمة عن التصرف بالنطف البشرية والاجنة لأغراض عمليات الاستنساخ البشري؛ مشكلات المسئولية المدنية الناجمة عن استخدام بنوك النطف والأجنة والرحم الظئر لأغراض الاستنساخ البشري؛ ومشكلات المسئولية المدنية الناجمة عن إتمام عمليات الاستنساخ على البشر.

The book discusses the problems of civil liability resulting from conducting human cloning according to Islamic jurisprudence and positive legislation with a particular focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on human cloning and its legal implications, and three main chapters: problems of civil liability resulting from dealing with human embryos and fetuses for cloning purposes; problems of civil liability resulting from use of sperm and embryo banks as well as surrogate mothers for cloning purposes; problems of civil liability resulting from completing human cloning procedures.
