The book discusses the sharia-based rulings pertaining to the issue of surrgoate motherhood. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the concept of surrogacy and three main chapters: surrogate motherhood between medicine and politics; view of modern Muslim jurists on surrogate motherhood; and important questions related to the issue of surrogate motherhood and their answers.
