يتناول الكتاب موضوع المسئولية الطبية في التشريع والقضاء مع التركيز على القانونين المصري والفرنسي ويتكون من خمسة فصول تحت العناوين التالية: المدخل إلى المسئولية الجنائية للأطباء والصيادلة؛ المسئولية الجنائية للطبيب في قانون ممارسة مهنة الطب؛ المسئولية الجنائية للطبيب عن الجرائم الواردة في قانون العقوبات؛ المسئولية الجنائية للطبيب عن الخطأ الطبي؛ المسئولية المدنية للطبيب.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the concept of medical liability in positive legislation and court decisions with a particular focus on the Egyptian and the French laws. It consists of five main chapters: introduction to the criminal responsibility of physicians and pharmacists; the criminal responsibility of the physician according to the law of medical practice; the criminal responsibility of the physician for the crimes listed in the penal code; the criminal responsibility of the physician for medical errors; and the civil responsibility of the physician.
