Abstract Translated
This book comprises a comparative study on the issue of surgical medical errors. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the attitude of Muslim jurists on the issue and seven main chapters addressing these topics: nature of medical work and medical responsibility; nature and implications of a surgeon’s responsibility; medical errors in general; surgical medical errors; medical errors in specialized surgeries; establishment of medical errors; and court’s jurisdiction in examining and evaluating medical errors.
