يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة حول موضوع الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول الإسلام والواقع المعاصر بالإضافة إلى خمسة فصول تحت العناوين التالية: الزواج في الإسلام؛ الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج وتأثيره الطبي على العلاقة الزوجية؛ التكييف الفقهي للفحص الطبي قبل الزواج؛ أثر الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج على صحة الفرد والمجتمع؛ والبدائل المطروحة أمام الراغبين في الزواج إذا كان أحدهما أو كلاهما مريضا أو حاملا لأي من الأمراض الوراثية أو المعدية.
Abstract Translated
This book comprises a comparative study on premarital screening and testing according to Islamic law and positive legislation with a particular focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on Islam and the contemporary reality, in addition to five main chapters: the concept of marriage in Islam; premarital screening and its medical impact on the marital relationship; the jurisprudential adjustment for premarital medical screening; the impact of premarital medical screening on the health of the individual and society; and the attitude of sharia and law towards diseases discovered through premarital medical screening.
