This book discusses various legal and ethical aspects of forensic medicine in both Islamic and positive law systems. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the reality and characteristics of forensic medicine in Islamic jurisprudence and positive law, and two main chapters: the role of forensic medicine in technical issues and biological verification through DNA; and the responsibility of forensic medicine and experts in Islamic jurisprudence and positive law.
