Abstract Translated
This paper was submitted to the symposium held by the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences (IOMS) during the period 23-24 October 1989 on organ transplantation. The author reviews the juristic and ethical aspects of transplanting artificial organs or those harvested from animals, living human beings, cadavers or from an anencephalus.
