تم تقديم هذا البحث إلى الندوة التي عقدتها المنظمة الإسلامية للعلوم الطبية حول زراعة الأعضاء في الكويت أثناء الفترة 23-24 أكتوبر من عام 1989. يتبنى المؤلف الرأي القائل بالحرمة القطعية لزراعة أي من الأعضاء التناسلية. ويرى أن زراعة مثل هذه الأعضاء لا ينبغي قياسها على زراعة أي أعضاء بشرية أخرى وإنما ينبغي أن تقاس على ممارسات أخرى يحرمها الإسلام مثل التشويه والإخصاء.

This paper was submitted to the symposium held by the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences (IOMS) during the period 23-24 October 1989 on organ transplantation. The author argues that transplanting any of the reproductive organs is strictly forbidden in Islam. To him, transplanting such organs should not be equated with transplanting any other human organs but it should be equated here with other forbidden practices in Islam such as mutilation and castration.
