تم تقديم هذا البحث إلى الندوة التي عقدتها المنظمة الإسلامية للعلوم الطبية حول زراعة الأعضاء في الكويت أثناء الفترة 23-24 أكتوبر من عام 1989. يقدم البحث تحليلا فقيها مفصلا لقضيتين أساسيتين هما الاستفادة من الأجنة المجهضة وكذلك من الأجنة الفائضة بعد عملية التلقيح الصناعي.

This paper was submitted to the symposium held by the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences (IOMS) during the period 23-24 October 1989 on organ transplantation. The paper presents detailed juristic analysis for two main issues, namely benefiting from aborted embryos or fetuses and from the surplus of embryos which remain after the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process.
