تم تقديم هذا البحث إلى الندوة التي عقدتها المنظمة الإسلامية للعلوم الطبية حول زراعة الأعضاء في الكويت أثناء الفترة 23-24 أكتوبر من عام 1989. تتمثل الأطروحة الرئيسية لهذا البحث في أن تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين الروح والجسد هي شرط مسبق لمعرفة الحكم الفقهي المتعلق بزراعة خلايا المخ.

This paper was submitted to the symposium held by the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences (IOMS) during the period 23-24 October 1989 on organ transplantation. The main thesis of this paper is that identifying the nature of the human body-soul relationship is a prerequisite for knowing the juristic ruling on transplanting the cells of the brain.
