The two days conference was held in Tehran with cooperation of UNESCO, University of Poitiers, University of Sorbonne, World Health Organization, Iranian Medical Council and many other Iranian organizations. The first day presentation was held by Organ Transplantation Panel and Euthanasia Panel. The 2nd day the members of first panels: Medical Responsibilities Panel: A-Medical Responsibility in Islamic Jurisprudence and law and 2nd panel Medical Responsibility Panel B-Ethics and Medical Responsibility and finally the last panel Human Cloning Panel present several articles that dealt with shar̕ah law rulings and Fetwas pertaining to biomedical issues such as: human life

reality of the fetus and the ruling pertaining to using it in organ transplantation and scientific experiments according to the texts of sharia and the independent reasoning of Muslim scholars. Organ donation in the light of sharia law and medical information. The rulings pertaining to abortion, transplantation, cloning, stem cell, genetics, human organ transplantation and transplantation tourism in Islamic jurisprudence were presented and discussed.
