Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن الحكم الشرعي في الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية وفي نشر بيان لإبادة القمل الذي هو سببا أساسيا في تفشي المرض. أجاب الشيخ بضرورة الإهتمام بالنظافة لعدم تفشي المرض وتجنيب الأصحاء من أصحاب الأمراض الوبائية.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about the legal rulings pertaining to preventive infectious diseases and in distributing a statement on delousing, which is a main cause of spreading the disease. The Sheikh replied with the necessity of paying attention to hygiene to avoid the spreading of this disease, in addition to separating the healthy from those who caught the disease.
