Abstract
أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن الحكم الشرعي في ترك المصافحة باليد أثناء تفشي وباء الكوليرا في البلاد. أجاب الشيخ بجواز ترك المصافحة لدرء الضرر، والتبليغ عمن أصيب بالمرض من أكبر الواجبات الشرعية.
Abstract Translated
This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about the legal rulings pertaining to avoiding handshaking during a cholera epidemic in the state. The Sheikh replied with the permissibility of avoiding handshake to avoid hard, and informing on whoever caught the disease is one of the greatest legal duties.
