أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن كفالة إمرأة أمية خرساء . أجاب الشيخ بأن الإشارة المعهودة معتبرة شرعا إذا كان الشخص من الصم البكم أصلا وإذا إمتد إلى الوفاة.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about the surety of an illiterate dumb woman. The Sheikh replied that conventional sign language is legally considered if the individual was originally deaf-mute and if this condition was extended to the death of the individual.
