أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على ميراث ذكر أجرى عملية جراحية أثر على مجرى البول. أجاب الشيخ بأن تحويل مجرى البول لا يؤثر على الميراث، فيرث ميراث الذكر لا الأنثى.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about the inheritance of a male who underwent surgery, which affected the urethral. The Sheikh replied that urinal diversion does not impact inheritance, and so the male inherits the inheritance of a male not a female.
