Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن شخص أغرى غيره على قتل أخيه وهل يكون هذا سبب لمنعه من الميراث. أجاب الشيخ بأن هذا الشخص، والذي حكم عليه بالأشغال الشاقة المؤبدة، لا يحرم من الميراث.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about an individual who had enticed another to murder his brother, and whether this is a reason to prevent him from inheriting his brother. The Sheikh replied that this individual, who was sentenced to a lifetime of hard labor, is not prevented from inheriting his brother.
