أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن شخص لم ينكر نسب إبنته عند وضعها، ثم نفى النسب عندما طلق الأم، ثم إعترف بكذبته وأعترف ببنوة إبنته. أجاب الشيخ بأن نفي النسب بعد الإقرار من زوجية موجب لحد القذف ولا تقبل له شهادة

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about an individual who did not negate the paternity of his daughter at birth, but negated it when he divorced the mother, and then admitted his lie and acknowledged the paternity of his daughter. The Sheikh replied that negating paternity after acknowledgement of it from marriage is punishable by the defamation punishment, and the testimony of this individual should not be accepted.
