أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن رجل أقر ببنوة ولد له مجهول النسب. ثم حضر الولد طالبا نصيبه بعد وفاة الوالد. أجاب الشيخ بأن يصح تصديق المقر له بعد موت المقر، ويثبت نسبه ويشارك الورثة في التركة بالطرق الشرعية.

This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about a man who acknowledged the paternity of a child whose paternity was unknown. The son then asked for his share from the inheritance after the death of the father. The Sheikh replied that it is correct for the son to authenticate paternity after the death of the father who claimed paternity, his paternity is proven, and thus shares the inheritance with the rest of the inheritors via legal means.
