Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال طرح عن شرعية ختان البنات. أجاب الشيخ بأن الفقهاء إختلفوا في حكم الختان. ولكن يستخلص من أرآئهم بأن ختان الذكر واجب وختان البنات ليس واجب.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about the legitimacy of circumcision. The Sheikh replied that Muslim jurists were in disagreement on the rulings pertaining to circumcision. However, what may be concluded from their opinions is that male circumcision is mandatory, but female circumcision is not.
