This book consists of ten chapters on the opinions of Ibn Qudāmah (died 1223/620) on various issues related to disability and disabled persons. The topics discussed in this book include purity and the call to prayer and prayer, zakah and hajj, commerce, accountability and acknowledgement, gifts, wills and obligations, marriage and divorce, mutual imprecation, maintenance and blood money, punishment, jihad, belief and witness.
