يتكون هذا الكتاب من خمسة فصول. الفصل الأول يناقش التطور التاريخي لأخلاقيات العمل والمفاهيم والقضايا الأساسية المتعلقة بها. الفصل الثاني يوضح العلاقة بين الدين والأخلاق، وبين الإسلام والأخلاق وأخلاقيات العمل بشكل خاص، مركزا على دور المسجد في صياغة السلوك الخلقي وضرورة تجديد الخطاب الديني. الفصل الثالث يعرض دور المجتمع في بلورة أخلاقيات العمل والفصل الرابع يناقش دور الفقر في صناعة الفساد الإداري ودور الحكومة الإلكترونية في ظل الفقر. الفصل الخامس يتحدث عن الإصلاح الأخلاقي وخطوات إنقاذ المجتمع.

This book consists of five chapters. The first chapter discusses the historical development of work ethics, and the main concepts and issues related to it. The second chapter explains the relationship between religion and ethics and between Islam and ethics and work ethics in particular, with a focus on the role of the mosque in the formulation of behavioral ethics and the need to renew religious discourse. The third chapter presents the role of society in the development of work ethics, and the fourth chapter discusses the role of poverty in creating administrative corruption and the role of electronic governments in poverty. The fifth chapter talks about ethical reform and the steps for saving society.
