يتكون هذا الكتاب من مبحثين. المبحث الأول يتناول معنى الإجهاض وحكمه ومراحل تخلق الجنين. يناقش هذا المبحث أيضا الأسباب المختلفة للقيام بعملية الإجهاض والأحكام المتعلقة بها، مثل الإجهاض بقصد التستر على فاحشة أو تحديد النسل، أو إجهاض الأجنة المشوهة والمصابة بالأيدز. المبحث الثاني يتحدث عن أحوال إنفصال الجنين عن أمه في حالات مختلفة وعقوبة الإجهاض بفعل من الأب أو الأم.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of two sections. The first section covers the meaning of abortion, its rules and fetal development. It then discusses the various reasons that lead to abortion and the rules concerning it, such as aborting a fetus to cover up an act of indecency or family planning or aborting deformed fetuses or fetuses infected with AIDS. The second research section talks about the nature of the separation of the fetus from the mother in various circumstances, and the punishment of abortion done by the father or the mother.
