يتكون هذا الكتاب من مبحث تمهيدي عن قواعد حماية ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة وتطورها التاريخي في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الدولي، ثم ينقسم إلى أربعة فصول. الفصل الأول يتناول حماية السكان المدنيين في الفقه الإسلامي الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني، وبالأخص النساء وكبار السن وأصحاب العاهات وغيرهم من المدنيين، بالإضافة إلى الرسل والسفراء وحماية رعايا العدو في الفقه الإسلامي. الفصل الثاني يتحدث عن حماية الأعيان المدنية في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الدولي الإنساني والتمييز بين الأعيان المدنية والأهداف العسكرية والأعيان الثقافية وأماكن العبادة. الفصل الثالث يتطرق إلى حماية الجرحى والمرضى والقتلى في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الدولي الإنساني والفصل الرابع يتحدث عن حماية الأسرى.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of a preliminary chapter on the rules of protecting the victims of armed conflict and its historical development in Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic law, and then consists of four chapters. The first chapter deals with protecting civilians in international Islamic jurisprudence and international humanitarian law, especially women, the aged, disabled persons and other civilians, in addition to messengers and ambassadors, and protecting nationals of the enemy in Islamic jurisprudence. The second chapter talks about protecting civilian objects in Islamic jurisprudence and international humanitarian law and differentiating between civilian objects and military targets, cultural objects and places of worship. The third chapter touches upon the protection of the wounded, the ill and the dead in Islamic jurisprudences and international humanitarian law, and the fourth chapter talks about the protection of war prisoners.
