بيدأ هذا البحث باستعراض تاريخي للتطورات التكنولوجية في مجال الطب ومدى تأثير هذه التطورات على رسم ملامح العلاقة بين الطبيب والمريض. ثم يناقش المؤلف مفهوم مسؤولية الطبيب والأنواع المختلفة لهذه المسؤولية من خلال عرض بعض نماذج من القسم الطبي والأحكام الفقهية ذات الصلة بهذا الموضوع.

Abstract Translated

This paper starts with reviewing the main biomedical advances in modern time and how these advances may affect the physician patient relationship. Then the author discusses the concept of physician’s liability and its different types in the light of examples of medical oaths and relevant juristic rulings.
